Ultrasonic System
The Ultra E5 laparoscopic ultrasonic system is a complete solution for the sealing and transection of vessels up to 7 mm in diameter, offering high sealing strength, precision, and limited thermal spread to adjacent tissues of less than 1 mm.

Its operation is based on ultrasonic technology through a piezoelectric mechanism with a frequency of 55.5 kHz, ensuring effective tissue grasping, dissection, transection, and hemostasis. The system features an intelligent self-adjusting energy control algorithm, which dynamically adjusts the delivered power according to tissue requirements, contributing to stable and safe performance during surgery.
The ultrasonic instruments have a diameter of 5 mm, are suitable for laparoscopic use, and are available in lengths of 14 cm, 23 cm, and 36 cm, covering different surgical needs. They feature 360° rotation, an ergonomic pistol-grip handle, and a curved titanium blade with DLC anti-stick coating, which reduces tissue adhesion and facilitates continuous and efficient use.
The system provides a short vessel sealing time of up to 4.50 seconds, according to the manufacturer’s data, a low operating noise level of up to 40 dB(A), as well as reduced leakage current, in compliance with CF-type safety standards.
The Ultra E5 generator is equipped with a touchscreen of at least 7 inches and a user-friendly operating interface. It provides parameter adjustment, visual and audible operating indicators, as well as automatic cable-use indication.
The system is supplied with a reusable connection cable, suitable for sterilization and reuse, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through piezoelectric elements. The cable is compatible with the Ultra E5 generator and the SP36, SP23, SP14, PSP36, PSP23, and PSP14 ultrasonic instruments.


System activation can be performed either by hand or via foot pedal, while a transport trolley may also be provided where required.
The accompanying equipment, including the generator and the reusable connection cable, may be provided for use.
