Biological Dressing (ECM) Endoform
Biological dressing made from 100% intact extracellular matrix (Intact ECM), derived from ovine forestomach matrix, designed to support the natural regeneration of tissue in acute and chronic wounds.
The manufacturing process preserves the natural three-dimensional architecture of the ECM, the vascular channels and key extracellular matrix proteins, such as elastin, fibronectin, laminin and glycosaminoglycans, without chemical cross-linking or synthetic additives.
The three-dimensional structure of the dressing supports cellular infiltration, neoangiogenesis and natural tissue remodeling, helping to create a suitable environment for wound healing.
The product includes a visual residual indicator, which helps clinicians assess product absorption and determine the need for reapplication.
It is bioabsorbable and integrates into the wound without requiring removal of residual material. It is compatible with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), as well as compression therapy.
The product does not contain natural latex.

Indications
The product is indicated for use in:
Chronic wounds, such as diabetic ulcers, venous ulcers and pressure ulcers.
Acute, traumatic and post-operative wounds.
Dermal defects.
Second-degree burns.
