Shiley™ Tracheostomy Tube with TaperGuard™ Cuff

The tracheostomy tube is specially designed for safe and comfortable use, helping to reduce trauma to the sensitive tracheal mucosa.

It features a tapered tip that supports easier insertion by reducing the force required during placement. The transparent neck flange is designed with fewer contact points, offering greater patient comfort while allowing better visual access to the tracheostomy site.

The cuff is made of PVC with a tapered design along its full length, ensuring effective tracheal sealing and helping to significantly reduce microaspiration compared to conventional cuffs.

The inner cannula has a thin wall design, with a thickness of up to 1 mm, allowing the maximum possible internal diameter for improved airflow.

The package includes an obturator, two inner cannulas and a neck strap. The product is Latex Free and DEHP Free, and is suitable for use for at least 29 days.

Available in ISO sizes 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9 and 10.
