SHILEY™ XLTCD XLT Tracheostomy Tube with Cuff or without Cuff – Extended Distal

The Shiley™ XLTCD is a tracheostomy tube with extended distal length, available with or without cuff, designed for patients who require deeper tube insertion due to anatomical or pathological characteristics, such as tracheomalacia, increased neck thickness, etc.

It is suitable for patients with special anatomical needs and contributes to better tube positioning, minimization of air leakage and reduction of the risk of aspiration.

It features a rotating flange and inner cannula, offering ease of use and improved patient adaptation.

It includes a radiopaque line for safe identification during X-ray imaging and is fully compatible with respiratory devices.

Available in sizes I.D. 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 mm.
