Disposable Endoscopic Cutting Stapler 30/45/60 mm
The endoscopic articulating stapler with pistol-grip handle is designed for use in laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical procedures, offering precision, stability and flexibility during tissue stapling and transection.
The instrument applies three rows of staggered staples on each side of the cutting line. Once the staples penetrate the tissue, they are formed into a “B” shape, ensuring secure and stable tissue approximation. This staple formation allows the preservation of tissue microcirculation, contributing to fast and smooth healing.
The stapler features sequential articulation at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45° bilaterally, providing greater flexibility and ease of handling in demanding surgical fields. It is available with shaft lengths of 6 cm, 16 cm and 26 cm, in order to meet different surgical requirements.
The ergonomic pistol-grip handle allows comfortable and ambidextrous use, while the jaw release button located on the firing handle facilitates controlled operation of the instrument during surgery.
The staples are made of titanium alloy in accordance with ISO 5832-3, offering excellent biocompatibility and reliability. The uniform staple spacing and controlled compression of the staple line contribute to stable tissue approximation, secure hemostasis and reduced operating time.
Each instrument is compatible with a wide range of reloads from the same manufacturer, including 7 straight reloads and 3 reloads with a curved tip. The reloads are available in staple line lengths of 30 mm, 45 mm and 60 mm, allowing the surgeon to select the appropriate reload according to the thickness and length of the tissue.
Each reload is equipped with an integrated cutting blade for precise and effective transection. The blade is sharp, with a sharpness value not exceeding 0.80 N, while the stapling design contributes to enhanced safety and improved hemostasis. The firing safety mechanism can be easily activated and deactivated, providing additional control during use.
The internal anastomotic pressure is not less than 3.6 KPa, while the articulation of the instrument is performed smoothly, without the need to apply resistance to the reload.
