Linear Preloaded Reloadable Cutting / Anastomosis Stapler

A linear, preloaded and reloadable cutting and anastomosis stapler, available in 55mm or 75mm length, with an anastomosis length of 56mm or 76mm and cartridge length of 61mm or 81mm.

The device features 88 or 118 three-dimensional (3D) titanium alloy staples with a height of 4.3mm, as well as an adjustable staple closing-height mechanism within the same cartridge. This provides ease of use for the surgeon, allowing selection of the appropriate staple closing height directly on the device, without the need to change cartridges according to tissue thickness, as required with conventional instruments.

The three-dimensional staple design contributes to the creation of a secure anastomosis, offering effective haemostasis while maintaining tissue perfusion. In addition, the internal anastomotic pressure is not less than 3.6 KPa, providing enhanced safety during use.

The anti-slip surface of the instrument allows stable and secure handling, even when used with wet gloves. The device also features a special protrusion at the front end for parallel pre-compression of the jaws and supports bilateral firing, offering improved ergonomics and ease of use during surgical procedures.

The stapler accepts cartridges with six staple lines and incorporates safety mechanisms that prevent firing if the alignment lever has not been secured, if a used cartridge has been loaded, or in the event of incorrect refiring.

The instrument is supplied preloaded with one reload cartridge, providing greater economy and flexibility, and allows up to 12 firings per patient.
