Endrive Zero Powered Endoscopic Linear Cutter Stapler
The Endrive Zero is a powered, articulating and rechargeable endoscopic linear cutter stapler, designed for precise tissue cutting and secure stapling in laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures.
It features 360° rotation, as well as powered passive articulation on both sides up to 60°, offering the surgeon enhanced flexibility and control during use. Articulation, cutting and stapling are performed using electrical power, contributing to procedural stability and precision.
The stapler is compatible with 46 mm and 60 mm disposable heads, with a 15 mm diameter, and accepts 5 different types of reload cartridges, available in straight or curved-tip designs, suitable for vascular/thin, regular, regular/thick, thick and very thick tissues.
It incorporates dual compression technology, supporting improved stapling performance and the formation of 6 overlapping staple lines in total. The advanced stapling system provides 4 staple lines on the functional tissue and 2 staple lines on the excised tissue, achieving increased anastomotic strength, reliable haemostasis and reduced risk of leakage.
This technology is clearly marked on the jaw of the instrument, providing guidance to the surgeon during use. The cartridges also feature a dual stepped design with B-shaped titanium staples, known as B-DUO stapling, for enhanced safety along the staple line.
The Endrive Zero includes tissue-thickness recognition technology during firing, automatically adjusting the cutting speed according to the tissue thickness, aiming to ensure uniform cutting and reliable stapling.
For enhanced safety and ease of use, it features an LED indicator showing the number of firings, as well as an LED zero-degree shaft alignment indicator. In addition, it includes a cutting blade travel indicator and a safety lock switch to prevent accidental firing.
The ergonomic ambidextrous handle design allows one-handed operation, while the automatic and manual return mechanisms for both the cutting blade and articulation provide enhanced control during the procedure.
The instrument automatically locks in the event of a used or incorrect cartridge, enhancing user safety. The jaw opening angle is 12°.

Endrive Zero B-DUO Reload Cartridges
The Endrive Zero B-DUO reload cartridges are designed for use with the Endrive Zero powered endoscopic linear cutter stapler and are available in 46 mm and 60 mm lengths.
The cartridges feature a beak-shaped tip, available in straight or curved-tip configurations, allowing easier tissue handling and improved access to narrow or challenging anatomical areas.
The stapling system creates 6 staple lines in total, of which 4 overlapping staple lines are applied to the functional tissue and 2 staple lines to the excised tissue. The staple line extends an additional 3 mm beyond the cutting line, contributing to increased safety and reliability during stapling.
The cartridges include B-shaped titanium staples, using B-DUO technology, with a dual stepped design and staggered staple heights. The staples have a rectangular cross-section and feature special anti-slip grooves, ensuring stable application and secure tissue approximation.
The cartridge is supplied without an integrated cutting blade. The firing process is designed to adapt to different tissue thicknesses, adjusting the cutting speed accordingly to support uniform cutting and reliable stapling.
