Shiley Flexible Evac Tracheostomy Tube with TaperGuard Cuff and Suction Lumen

The SHILEY Flexible Evac tracheostomy tube is designed for safe placement, patient comfort and effective management of subglottic secretions.

It features a specially designed cannula with a tapered tip, helping to reduce trauma to the sensitive tracheal mucosa while facilitating insertion by reducing the force required during placement.

The transparent neck flange is designed with fewer contact points, providing greater patient comfort and allowing better visual access to the tracheostomy site.

The tube includes an additional suction lumen, which allows the removal of subglottic secretions above the cuff.

The TaperGuard Cuff is made of PVC with a tapered design along its full length. In combination with the suction lumen, it supports effective tracheal sealing and helps significantly reduce microaspiration compared to conventional cuffs.

The package includes an obturator, two inner cannulas and a neck strap.

The product is Latex Free and DEHP Free, with a usage duration of at least 29 days.
